All Products are eligible for a full refund within 60 days of delivery.

Once delivered, if for any reason you would like a refund please open a refund ticket using the REFUNDS tab! You'll get a refund confirmation and return address within 24 hours. Once the item has arrived back at our warehouse you'll get a refund confirmation and the refund should be deposited within 1-3 days (but can sometimes take 1 week depending on bank!).

SHIPPING INFORMATION

All orders are shipped from the NYC, USA and include tracking. We use reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx to ensure your order reaches you safely.

Dispatch Schedule:

• We dispatch orders Monday through Friday.
• The order cut-off for same-day dispatch is 7 am (GMT).
  

Delivery ETA:

• Each product page displays a delivery Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA), which includes both dispatch time and shipping time.
• Please note that the shipping time quoted at checkout does not include dispatch time.
